We provide free shipping to the 48 contiguous United States via regular ground shipping from UPS and the US Postal Service. All orders received by 2:00 PM EST will be shipped the same day provided that they are in stock. We currently deliver or ship over 90% of our daily sales the day the original order is received.

Unless otherwise requested we ship international orders via the United States Postal Service. The shipping fees will be added to your order. All international duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. Unless otherwise requested all international orders are shipped complete.

For an additional fee we provide expedited shipping via UPS. Please email your request to our customer service department at WeCare@safetyshoes.com or call 800-441-1500. Please include your order number with your request. These fees will be added to your original order amount and charged to your credit card at the time of shipping. When you are determining the shipping time please take this information into consideration. The average weight of a pair of safety shoes, including the shipping box, is 4 lbs or 1.8 kg. Our shipping warehouse is located in Allentown, PA, USA.

New (unworn) shoes or boots may be returned for full credit or exchange within 30 days of purchase. No credit will be issued for shipping charges. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
